BluMint Studio is a writing and editorial studio operated by Irina. If you have a question about this policy, contact irinapando@yahoo.com.
What this website collects
This website does not run advertising trackers and does not set marketing cookies. The project brief form on the contact page does not send anything to a server. It builds a WhatsApp message in your browser and hands it to WhatsApp, which you then choose to send or discard.
Information you send me
If you contact me by WhatsApp or email, I hold your message and contact details so I can reply and, if we work together, run the project. WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting requirements.
Who I share it with
Nobody, other than the tools I need to run the business, such as email and accounting software. I do not sell or rent contact details.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email the address above and I will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
